Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a free or promotional Offer will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00); for paid Services, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Terms & Agreement

These Offer Terms and this Policy supplement, and are governed by, our full Terms of Service.
