Program Description
Service Systems ("we," "us," or "our") offers a text messaging (SMS) program to communicate with people who have opted in. Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, review requests, follow-ups, account or service updates, and occasional offers related to the services you've requested or received.
How You Opt In & Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — for example, by submitting a form, checking a consent box, replying to a message, or providing your number to a business that uses Service Systems — you agree to receive recurring automated text messages at that number. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll the number you provide.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the services involved. You may receive messages in response to your activity (such as a request, booking, or completed job) as well as periodic updates.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Service Systems does not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier's standard rates will apply.
Opting Out & Getting Help
To opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a one-time confirmation and will not receive further marketing or automated messages unless you opt back in.

Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Mobile information will not be shared with or sold to third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers that help us operate the messaging program (such as our SMS platform), subject to confidentiality obligations. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
